Located in picturesque Armstrong BC, Heaton Place is a retirement community that is designed for active seniors who wish to free themselves from the burden of home maintenance.

Emanating a quaint, country atmosphere that perfectly captures the area’s small town values, Heaton Place offers residents the opportunity to enhance their lifestyle by allowing our staff to take care of regular chores (housekeeping, meal preparation, maintenance, etc.). In doing so, residents have an opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities available at Heaton Place and offered in the greater community.

Independent Living

Heaton Place offers 76 spacious one and two bedroom rental suites fully equipped for independent living in two residential wings. Each wing joins a common amenity area providing, dining, social and recreational, and administrative services.

To be an occupant of Heaton Place, applicants must be 55+, meet our admission criteria, and subscribe to one of two service packages offered – our Convenience Package or our Lifestyle Package.

Friendly Community

Nestled amidst the rich and abundant farmlands of the North Okanagan, Armstrong is the gem of the Spallumcheen Valley.

Armstrong exudes country charm, yet offers its citizens the modern amenities common to larger urban areas. Enjoy the warmth and charm of a smaller community and experience the benefits of its many amenities. Armstrong is, as the city's slogan suggests, "Heart of Country".

Heaton Place aspires to make “Heart” and “Country” central themes of enjoying life in Armstrong and at Heaton Place.
