A man of many trades and talents, Sam Kublick, led an adventurous life, never allowing fear to get in his way of pursuing new business adventures. An inventor, councilman, mayor, entrepreneur, talented construction tradesman, auctioneer, and more, Sam did everything with his whole heart invested.

The major purpose of a good commercial or advertisement is to address a need; and then attempt to show how the product, service, or organization being advertised meets that need. One of the reasons we are drawn to certain advertising messages is because we identify or connect with that need on an intellectual, physical, spiritual or emotional basis.

Creativity and connection all wrapped up in one! There are always silver linings amidst challenging seasons of life. For these ladies, the pandemic acted as a catalyst for bringing them closer together.

19 Months of challenges and the residents of Heaton Place are still smiling! Our seniors powered through a year of many ups and downs with grace and gratitude, while the staff at Heaton Place kept the spirit of service alive and well.

Don’t let turning 100 years old fool you! Born on August 25, 1921, Hazel Thompson, a beautiful resident of Heaton Place, does not allow her age to deter her from living life to the fullest!

“Where words fail, music speaks,” a quote from Hans Christian Anderson, says it all! Some residents of Heaton Place experienced this when attending last week’s Saturday morning activity called; ‘Coffee and Conversations with Carrie’.

Despite the many challenges of the pandemic, the residents of Heaton Place have experienced countless acts of love from the community.

It doesn’t have to be Valentine’s Day for the love bug to bite! Whether you’re 32, 72, or 92, it’s never too late to fall in love.

There are endless ways to encourage someone or hold space to listen to someone who needs to be heard.
