Our four-story design features two residential wings adjoining 7,587 square feet of common amenity space. Heaton Place resonates with classic but relaxed décor, and provides all the features and functionality expected by today’s seniors.

Highlights include the inviting lobby and reception area, cozy sitting area with fireplace, spacious main lounge, and a bright and comfortable dining room. Additional features include an onsite beauty and barber shop, a dedicated wellness center, library, card room, and enclosed scooter parking. Residential floors have additional common space.

Our building layout creates a private courtyard for residents. Beautifully landscaped and sheltered from the public, it is the perfect place to relax among friends. The courtyard provides our residents an opportunity to hone their putting skills; enjoy lawn bowling; and to compete in our annual raised flower bed competition.
